1/2 cup cucumber (peeled and seeded)
1 Tbsp fresh mint
4 oz coconut milk (full fat canned)
1 cup filtered water
1 cup fresh spinach
3-4 ice cubes
1 scoop Naturally Nourished Grass Fed Whey Protein
