The ketogenic diet can be that tool you are looking for to bring your health to the next level, but when over-restrictive or lacking in real food nourishment, imbalance can occur. This recipe provides anti-inflammatory support and minerals while supporting healthy electrolytes. In my programs, I encourage food-as-medicine goals beyond meeting your macros to support metabolic organs, detoxification, reduce inflammation, and enhance antioxidant intake!

1 Tbsp fresh mint
4 oz coconut milk (full fat canned)
1 cup filtered water
1 cup fresh spinach

1 scoop Naturally Nourished Grass Fed Whey Protein
